Haavind has one of Norway’s strongest teams within dispute resolution. In recent years, we have assisted in many of Norway’s largest and most complex disputes.

A significant part of our business is dispute resolution, both for national courts and international arbitrations. Every year we resolve a number of disputes before the Norwegian Supreme Court and many of our lawyers are admitted to appear for the Supreme Court.

We are always looking for alternatives to legal proceedings and solve a large number of cases through negotiations and mediations. In hearings, we combine our expertise within dispute resolution with our specialized legal expertise to achieve the best possible results.
