Haavind has assisted Telenor with the sale of their Fornebu headquarters.

Haavind has assisted Telenor in preparation and execution of selling the Fornebu headquarters. The broad sales process resulted in Norwegian Property ASA as purchaser.
Gross property value in the transaction amounts to approx. NOK 5.45 billion. The purchase agreement was signed Tuesday 20 October. The target property is Norway’s biggest office property, comprising approx. 200,000 square meters.
Haavind was chosen as Telenor’s legal adviser for the transaction almost 1.5 years ago, and has cooperated closely with Arctic Securities and Union Norsk Næringsmegling having the joint sales mandate.
Haavind’s team has assisted with arranging and preparing the sales object, in addition to executing the transaction.
