Tone Grivi Berntsen specializes in M&A and leads Haavind’s Compliance and ESG initiative.
Tone has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, both for industrial and PE players. She assists with both national and international transactions, and within a number of different industries such as technology companies, supplier industry, fisheries and aquaculture, and facility services. Tone also has extensive experience with reorganizations such as mergers and demergers.
Tone also advises on Compliance and ESG, where she assists in establishing compliance systems and provides advice on the Transparency Act, sustainability reporting, waste and circular economy, etc.
