Eline is specialised in banking and finance.
She advises lenders, borrowers and other parties on bank loans, bond financing and other debt financing transactions, including corporate, acquisition and project finance. She also advises on corporate law matters.
Eline has previously worked with insurance claims at Riskpoint AS, an insurance agency, primarily involving directors’ liability. Her master’s thesis examined the duty of loyalty under Section 17-1 of the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act.
