Tor is Bid-Manager/Senior Marketing Consultant in the communication and marketing department at Haavind. In addition, he works with creating visibility and with clarifying and strengthening Haavind’s brand, both internally and externally.

For over 25 years, Tor has worked in some of the largest and most leading communications agencies as a partner/senior advisor and has a broad professional background in communications. He has been responsible for the use of insight and analysis (as a Strategic Planner) and worked extensively on reputation projects for several larger companies. Tor has been responsible for developing brand strategies for companies such as DNB,, McDonald’s, TV2, Telenor, Tine and Aftenposten. He has also led vision/value processes for several companies and county municipalities, as well as with name/design change processes and development of brand architecture.

He has broad experience from clients in banking/finance, FMCG, the automotive industry, sustainability, and media businesses.

Tor has won several awards for both creative content and for documentation of impact/financial profitability and has been a speaker at ANFO.

Tor has a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
