Therese Ljosdahl is a senior lawyer in Haavind’s employment and corporate governance department and specializes in employment law issues.
Therese assists boards and large and small companies with advice related to HR, strategy, reorganizations and transactions, in addition to more general employment law follow-up. Therese has a background as an in-house lawyer and a lawyer in private practice and also has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Therese also has particular experience from international change processes, business transfers and advice to foreign companies, and works extensively in English.
