Randi Sagård is a Senior Associate in one of Norway’s largest and top-ranked construction law teams. She specializes in construction law and dispute resolution, combining strong litigation experience with commercial and strategic advice.
Randi advises both public and private sector clients on legally and commercially complex projects and disputes. She provides support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract negotiations and the construction phase through to project completion and final account disputes. She has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation before the ordinary courts, and is a trusted adviser on major and complex construction projects.
Randi has particular experience from large-scale and complex construction projects within infrastructure, roads, rail, building construction, and aquaculture facilities. She also has significant expertise in design liability and professional adviser liability.
In addition to construction law, Randi also advises broadly on contract law, and has extensive experience in commercial agreements, corporate law, and tort law.
