Per is a Partner in Haavind’s Real Estate team. He specializes in real property matters, planning and building law, expropriation, land valuation and compensation proceedings, and dispute resolution. Per’s practice focuses in particular on disputes and valuation proceedings, and he is a member of Haavind’s litigation group.
Per advises property developers, project owners, and landowners in disputes relating to real estate. He also has extensive experience assisting developers with land and rights acquisition. Per has represented public developers in several major and complex land acquisition processes for the establishment of socially important infrastructure, buildings, and facilities. He also has significant experience assisting developers in disputes concerning the validity of the permits on which projects are based, including disputes relating to the validity of expropriation permits and zoning plans, and their interaction with environmental law requirements.
Drawing on a combination of specialized real estate expertise and substantial dispute resolution experience, Per assists in complex matters where critical risk must be managed, advice must be clear, and progress must be structured from an early stage through to completion.
Per holds a position of trust in the Norwegian Bar Association’s Legislative Committee for Real Estate Law (property and tenancy law).
