Per is a specialist within real estate and property law, District Court, planning and building law, expropriation, discretionary process and dispute resolution. He works in particular with dispute resolution and discretion and is part of Haavind’s specialist group for procedure.
Per assists building developers, builders, and landowners in disputes associated with public law and private matters for real estate and property law.
Furthermore, Per has extensive experience in assisting builders with land acquisition. He has represented public developers in several major land acquisition processes in establishing social infrastructure, buildings and facilities.
