Palina has international experience as Nordic Business Controller in Nestle Nespresso with responsibility for the Nordic markets and Senior Business Controller for Orkla Care International with responsibility for financial follow-up of the international portfolio.

She has worked closely with management at several levels and gained considerable experience in management reporting and management consultancy.

She also has experience in project management and coordination, driving both reorganization processes and the establishment of new business areas, professionalisation – including the establishment and streamlining of internal and external routines and processes. In addition, she has extensive experience with ongoing financial follow-up, reporting, management and consolidation, as well as financial advice and assistance in long-term strategy processes.
