Jonas is affiliated with the Technology, Media and IPR practice area. He works particularly with corporate and transactional law matters, as well as negotiations and dispute resolution, for companies primarily in the technology sector.
Jonas assists with, among other things, fundraising processes, transactions, the establishment and structuring of companies and ownership structures, employee incentive programs, negotiation of commercial agreements, and the handling of shareholder disputes and commercial disputes. He has also assisted asset management and incubator environments with investment processes and the establishment of funds.
In connection with his assistance to asset management and incubator environments, Jonas has regularly assisted portfolio companies with a wide range of legal issues. Having previously run his own IT consultancy business, he has also gained strong knowledge of various technologies and digital platforms. The combination of his technological insight and broad legal expertise makes him well placed to understand the particular characteristics of the technology companies we assist.
