Emil Riisøen Hamre is affiliated with the Construction, Infrastructure and Public Procurement department.
He primarily works with construction law, public procurement and general dispute resolution.
Emil has experience in dispute resolution before both the ordinary courts and in arbitration. He also has experience with mediation in major cases, both in and out of court. In addition, he has considerable experience providing ongoing advice on public procurement and major construction projects, as well as conducting legal assessments and contract negotiations.
Emil graduated from the University of Bergen. As part of his degree, he took various specialised courses in EU law during an exchange stay at Aarhus University in 2022, including in public procurement and competition law.
