Eline Solgaard is a Legal Project Manager. Eline will be responsible for Project Management at Haavind and will lead the project support team. She will be responsible for implementing and further developing Haavind’s project model, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and profitable execution of projects at Haavind. She will also be involved operationally in projects to ensure the correct implementation of the project model, as well as being responsible for training in Legal Project Management and project management across Haavind.
Eline will also be responsible for the professional development of the project support team. Together with project coordinators and compliance staff, she will work to define and operationalize their role at Haavind. At the same time, she will work across the organization and familiarize herself with the various business areas in order to understand their needs and opportunities, thereby ensuring that high-quality administrative support is available for all Haavind projects.
