Haavind, led by partner Johan Fredrik Remmen, represented the Company-side (the road and the railway authorities) in the FP3-case. Hæhre had claimed MNOK 755 in additional payment but ended up with an award where they had to pay back MNOK 65 instead. Hæhre appealed to the Supreme court but the appeal was dismissed.
