Haavind assists Sdiptech AB in the acquisition of Rogaland Industri-Automasjon AS

Sdiptech invests in automation systems for water and wastewater treatment, and Haavind assists them in the process.

Swedish Sdiptech AB acquired all shares of Rogaland Industri-Automasjon AS on July 2, 2018, including 51 per cent of the shares in the subsidiary Agder Industri-Automasjon AS.

Haavind has assisted the buyers throughout the process.
