Haavind assists the sellers when Sport 1 Gruppen AS takes over Löplabbet AS.
Plesner Gruppen AS and CEO of Löplabbet AS, Tor Fauske, entered into an agreement on the sale of 95% of shares in Löplabbet AS to Sport 1 Gruppen AS on 29 June 2018. Haavind has assisted the sellers through the process.
The transaction will be carried out in the autumn following clearance by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
