Together with the law firm Setterwalls, we have assisted the Swedish private equity player Priveq Investment with its acquistion of Pilot Flight Academy.
Pilot Flight Academy has 350 international students, and the group has an annual turnover of MNOK 150 and an EBITDA of MNOK 50. Priveq Investment enters as growth partner to further strengthen the company’s position and accelerate growth. Priveq and external board members are added to the ownership group together with the company’s two founders.
