Pharma Report Winter Edition 2025
We are proud to present the Winter 2025 edition of Haavind’s Pharma Report. Pharma Report is a retrospective, report on legal developments in Norway relevant for the pharmaceutical sector, covering topics both within regulatory affairs and intellectual property. The report has been published since 2016.
In this year’s Winter edition, we are happy to present a summary of some of the most significant cases occurring in 2024. For those interested in pharmaceutical advertising, last year was indeed exciting. The report includes articles on the struggles of a pharmaceutical company’s fight to overturn at decision on violation fines for alleged breaches, as well as recent developments in pharmaceutical legislation. On the intellectual property side, the report includes articles on a Norwegian case on plausibility, a topic well known for those working with patent law, as well as the struggle for obtaining trademark registration for a well-known covid-19 vaccine.
