Welcome to Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen

Fredrik has extensive experience across tax and VAT, combined with solid transactional experience. He regularly advises on complex M&A transactions, structurings and incentive programmes, and has a strong sector experience within renewable energy, technology and real estate. He joins Haavind from Simonsen Vogt Wiig, where he was a partner and head of the tax department. He has previously worked at Statkraft, both as a lawyer and as a Senior Investment Analyst (M&A). Fredrik holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo and an Executive MBA from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
