Sofie Komissar specializes in construction and contracts law and works particularly with dispute resolution and procedure within these areas. She also works with disputes within property law issues.
Sofie has extensive experience in assisting clients in disputes before ordinary courts and arbitration. She also assists with advice in connection with the conclusion and implementation of construction and consultancy contracts, as well as with questions related to the Planning and Building Act.
She works in particular with final settlement disputes in land-based construction contracts and disputes in connection with liability matters, in addition to ongoing contract advice for builders, consulting engineers and other industry players.
Sofie was voted one of 40 talents in Finansavisen’s selection of “40 under 40” in 2022, and for several years has been ranked as “Promising talent” in the construction law category in Finansavisen’s lawyer selection. She is also ranked in the Chambers Europe Guide 2023 as a notable practitioner.
