Pål Martin specializes in dispute resolution, renewable energy, and construction and contract law. He is admitted to the Supreme Court.
Pål Martin has extensive litigation experience across a wide range of legal areas, with a particular focus on large and complex disputes concerning renewable energy as well as contract and tort law. In recent years, he has been involved in several of the largest new energy projects in Norway, including court proceedings related to the country’s three largest wind farms and Norway’s largest-ever transmission line expropriation case. He has litigated some of the most significant professional liability cases against advisors in Norway, among others cases involving lawyer liability and liability for other consultants.
