Marte works in one of Norway’s largest and highest ranked employment law departments.
Marte has a background as a deputy judge, organizational lawyer and private practicing lawyer. She has considerable experience with restructuring and downsizing processes, and has also assisted several businesses in connection with redundancies. Marte works with personnel matters, negotiations and drafting employment agreements. She also has considerable experience with collective labor law.
