Malene Skjold Pettersen works in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranking employment law departments.
She assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law issues and works in particular with:
- Reorganization and downsizing
- Individual personnel and employment protection cases
- Negotiations and procedure
- Preparation and amendment of employment agreements
- Advice within ongoing follow-up of employees
She has also litigated a number of cases both before the District Court and the Court of Appeal in a number of legal areas, including contract law, administrative law and family and inheritance law. Malene also has experience as a deputy judge, as well as experience from the public sector.
