Lene Kristin Hennø is a part of Haavind’s banking and finance practice and our top-ranked fisheries and aquaculture team.

Lene has extensive experience in financing within fisheries and aquaculture, including fishing vessels, wellboats, sea-based facilities, RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems), and exposed locations, as well as within energy, green and sustainable loans, shipping/offshore, real estate, and other projects, assets, and businesses.

She regularly assists borrowers and issuers, lenders, and other stakeholders, both domestically and internationally. She has broad experience from international and cross-border financing processes and transactions.

Additionally, she assists with acquisition financing and general transaction work/M&A, restructurings, and capital market transactions.

Lene has worked as an in-house lawyer at DNB Bank ASA assisting the large corporates area Ocean Industries.

Lene is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s Legislative Committee for banking, finance and currencies.
