Jonas specializes in dispute resolution and contract law and has broad experience with contracts across various sectors. He advises both public and private sector clients through all stages of contractual relationships, from drafting contracts to contract governance and dispute resolution.
Jonas also has expertise in private international law and wrote his master’s thesis on the rules of the Lugano Convention concerning jurisdiction in international commercial disputes.
