Jannicke Knudtzon Rokkan is part of Haavind’s highly ranked real estate team.
With a background from the Norwegian Tax Administration in the period 2002 – 2009, she has extensive expertise in value added tax (VAT). As a lawyer, Jannicke has also worked with company law and contract law, where she has assisted with the planning and implementation of a number of reorganization processes and development projects. She has worked extensively with real estate, both as a lawyer and as legal director in a privately owned real estate group.
Jannicke is known for her pragmatic approach, ability to find good solutions and to think “outside the box”. She is committed to designing contracts and other documents that are simple and understandable, and she focuses on putting the customer at the center, being solution-oriented and on the offer side.
