Herman specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate litigation.
Herman has extensive experience in corporate issues and transactions in Norway and internationally. In recent years he has mainly worked with complex corporate law issues, major transactions, industrial joint ventures, W&I insurance and corporate litigation.
