Goud specialises in public procurement, contracts and litigation.
He has extensive experience from advising on all stages of a procurement process, including the procedure for preliminary injunction and damages for positive and negative contractual interest. Goud also has significant experience advising on contractual issues and he litigates contract disputes and tax matters for all instances of the court of law. Goud has been admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2007.
