Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen advises on tax, VAT, corporate law and transactions. He assists Norwegian and international companies, investors and owners with acquisitions and disposals of businesses, investments and reorganisations, as well as ongoing tax and corporate law matters.
Fredrik has extensive experience in Norwegian and international corporate taxation, VAT and tax matters relating to transactions. He advises throughout the transaction process, from due diligence and structuring to negotiations and completion. His work also covers corporate and ownership structures, shareholder matters and incentive arrangements.
Previously, Fredrik worked at Statkraft, first as a lawyer in the group’s tax department and then as an investment analyst in its M&A department. He also holds an Executive MBA from BI Norwegian Business School.
