Ellen Schult Ulriksen is Head of Corporate, Restructuring and Insolvency at Haavind.
Ellen has extensive experience in advising companies and creditors on financial restructuring, protection of creditor interests and other insolvency issues. She is regularly appointed by the bankruptcy courts as a liquidator/trustee in bankruptcy cases and has handled several of the larger and high-profile cases in the recent years, including the bankruptcy proceedings of Notabene, Wagno, Masai and Agrinos AS, a leading global biological crop input provider. She is also one of very few attorneys appointed as administrator of reconstruction proceedings under the new (temporary) Reconstruction Act that entered into force in May 2020.
Ellen is over several years ranked as a leading expert in restructuring and insolvency (Band 1) by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 has highlighted her as a “leading individual” within insolvency and corporate recovery.
