Anne Hesjedal Sending is specialised in public procurement and dispute resolution.
She has been admitted to the Supreme Court since 2009, and regularly handles complex disputes within the fields of procurement, commercial contracts and construction law. She has broad litigation experience from several other fields of law, including disputes relating to public law matters and claims for compensation.
Anne assists clients in all phases of public procurements, including planning and procurement strategy and carrying out the procurement procedure. She handles appeals and dispute processes before the courts and to KOFA (the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurements). She assists in all types of procurement projects, including complex procurements within the fields of IT and construction/infrastructure, both at the contracting authority’s and supplier’s side.
Anne is often used as lecturer in courses within the fields of public procurement, contract and construction law.
