Andrea Gjengedal Torgersen works in one of Norway’s largest and highest ranked employment law departments. 

She assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law issues in both private and public sectors. Andrea has a particular interest in international and employment related change processes, as well as disputes and litigation.

Additionally, Andrea specializes in:

• Restructuring and downsizing
• Individual personnel- and employment protection cases
• Negotiations, litigation, and other dispute resolution
• Drafting and amending employment contracts
• Advising on employee management

Andrea wrote her master’s thesis about the classification of participants in Multi-Level Marketing in Norwegian labor law and has a unique understanding of this type of business model. She also has previous experience as an acting deputy Bailiff Officer at the Bailiff’s Office in Oslo, Asker, and Bærum.
