Jacob Mjelde becomes part of one of Norway’s largest and highest ranked legal real estate environments.
Jacob is specialised within indirect taxation, with national value added tax as a special field. In particular, he is experienced in VAT legal issues within real estate, particularly related to commercial property transactions, lease negotiations, property development, etc.
In addition to real estate, he also assist clients within banking and finance, offshore and industry and media and telecoms. Jacob has also gained extensive experience within M&A and due diligence processes, as well as contract negotiations.
Jacob regularly writes articles on VAT law topics, which are published in various industry journals.
