Tonje Elisabeth Terjesen is a lawyer in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked construction departments. 

Tonje works in dispute resolution, construction law and contract law. She assists large and medium-sized companies within the construction, industrial and energy sectors.  

Tonje works especially with: 

• Procurement, supply contracts, and construction contracts 
• Ongoing assistance and advice in contracts and contract matters, 
• Dispute resolution, especially within construction law and other contract laws 

Tonje has completed a unique program in International Nuclear Law under the auspices of the Nuclear Energy Agency-OCED. Through the program, she gained an extraordinary insight into practical and legal issues related to nuclear power, including safe and efficient use of nuclear power, decommissioning, and managing nuclear waste.
