Stian Øyre Caspersen is Senior Counsel in Haavind’s Aquaculture, Offshore and Industry department.
Stian comes from the position as Sr. Legal Advisor in SLB OneSubsea, where he has worked with legal advice and project support within offshore subsea construction. Prior to this, he held a number of roles at Aker Solutions within the Subsea division (oil/gas), both as a lawyer and operational manager. Stian has also been involved in Aker Solutions’ renewables business, where he worked with contracts and legal issues in several industries.
Stian holds a law degree from the University of Oslo (UiO) and an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU. His technical and legal background gives him a unique insight into the complex challenges facing the industry.
