Rasmus Asbjørnsen is partner and specialises in procedure and dispute resolution.
Rasmus Asbjørnsen works especially with contract law, liability law and labor law. He is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court and has had 16 civil cases before the Supreme Court. He has also litigated a number of principal and major cases before the ordinary courts, arbitral tribunals and the EFTA Court. Among the high-profile cases he has litigated, are the Maria case in the Supreme Court, legal venue in a cartel lawsuit in the Supreme Court (Posten) as well as state aid before the EFTA Court.
Asbjørnsen is exceptionally determined, and has very strong communication and negotiating skills.
