Nilofar Anwar works in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked employment law departments. She assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law issues in both the private and public sectors. Nilofar has a particular interest in litigation and dispute resolution, both within employment law and other areas of law.
Nilofar especially works with:
- Restructuring and downsizing
- Individual personnel matters and employment protection cases
- Negotiations and litigation
- Drafting and amending employment contracts
- Advising on the ongoing follow-up of employees
- Business transfers
Nilofar wrote her master’s thesis in human rights at the Faculty of Law at UiT, supported by a master’s scholarship and admission to the faculty’s research program.
