Nicole Elmenhorst is part of Haavind’s financial regulatory and capital markets team, assisting Norwegian and foreign companies in the financial industry.
Nicole has several years of experience from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, where she worked in the department for market behavior and investment firms. In her master’s thesis, Nicole wrote about the exemption from the prohibition of disclosing inside information in the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
