
Ingrid is part of our business area Technology, Media and IPR.
She is part of one of Norway’s most specialized legal environments, assisting clients in matters regarding technology and IT projects, digitalization, media and intellectual property rights.
Ingrid assists private and public enterprises on disputes, contractual matters, and legal counsel within intellectual property and ICT, including:
- Intellectual property disputes, particularly regarding issues related to new technological production methods and services
- IT law disputes, especially related to software, the development of new IT solutions, and public procurements
- Legal advice in connection with public IT procurements
- Drafting of intellectual property and IT law contracts and terms of use
- Legal advice within e-commerce, terms of use, and other consumer law matters
Ingrid specializes in intellectual property law, with elective subjects in marketing law, patent law, design law, and copyright, including a master’s degree in copyright law. In 2025, she was ranked as a “Rising Star” by Managing IP, an award given to up-and-coming younger experts within intellectual property law in each jurisdiction. The title is awarded to individuals who have consistently delivered strong results and have the potential to become future leaders either in their own firm or in the IP field in general.
Her background as a professional actress, with several leading roles at major Norwegian theatres and four years of acting training in England, has given her particularly strong oral communication skills and proficiency in English. This is an asset in negotiations, in proceedings, and especially in cooperation with international clients and counterparties.
