Hilde Fjærtoft Jansen works in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranking employment law departments. She assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law issues and works in particular with:
- Reorganisation and downsizing
- Individual personnel and employment protection cases
- Negotiations and procedure
- Preparation and amendment of employment agreements
- Advice within ongoing follow-up of employees
Hilde also has experience from property transactions, property development and contract law, with a particular focus on sustainability requirements for real estate players. She also has experience from compliance work as an in-house lawyer.
