Anja Hegerberg specializes in M&A and corporate law.
She mainly works with transactions and has worked with a variety of clients across industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally, including with acquisitions, divestments, investments, structuring, due diligence and negotiation of agreements. Anja has particular experience from transactions within renewable energy.
Anja also has experience with general corporate and contract law and have assisted with mergers and de-mergers, as well as equity transactions and shareholders agreements.
