The listing took place after the successful completion of a EUR 165 million private placement of shares that attracted strong interest from high quality investors from the US, Europe and the Nordics. Nordhealth is a cloud-based healthcare Software-as-a-Service business that serves over 30,000 professionals across 7,000 clinics and hospitals located in more than 25 countries. Carnegie acted as sole bookrunner and Euronext Growth Adviser and Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS acted as legal adviser to Carnegie in connection with the private placement and subsequent listing. Team Haavind comprised Cornelius Sogn Ness, Bjørn Brevik, Louise Stang Heffermehl, Magnus Melsom and Line Gilbody.
