NEL ASA, listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange, acquired the Danish hydrogen technologist H2 Logic, and the Haavind Corporate team provided legal support.
NEL ASA, listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange, acquired the Danish hydrogen technologist H2 Logic, and the Haavind Corporate team provided legal support.
H2 Logic is a producer of tanking facilities for hydrogen fueling stations, where hydrogen-powered vehicles can tank. The company was acquired for NOK 300 million, financed by NOK 100 million in funding and the remainder in consideration shares for NEL ASA.
Haavind’s Corporate team was led by Bjørn Olav Torpp and Andreas K. Lund.
