Vinusha Rajkumar works in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked employment law departments. She assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law issues and particularly works with:
- Restructuring and downsizing
- Individual personnel cases and employment protection
- Negotiations and litigation
- Preparation and amendment of employment contracts
- Advice on the ongoing follow-up of employees
Vinusha wrote her master’s thesis on whether the provisions of the Norwegian Working Environment Act regarding overtime compensation discriminate against part-time employees, focusing on whether Norwegian law is in line with EU/EEA law.
