Ingvild Aarskog works in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked employment law departments.

Ingvild assists large and medium-sized companies with employment law matters, and has a particular interest in HR, individual dismissal cases, and whistleblowing cases.

In addition, Ingvild particularly works with:

• Restructuring and downsizing
• Individual personnel and employment protection cases
• Drafting and amending employment contracts
• Advising on ongoing employee follow-up
• Business transfers

Ingvild also has experience providing advice related to intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark law, design, and media and marketing law. She also has experience drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, especially within the media sector.

She wrote her master’s thesis on the transfer of copyright in the employment relationship.
