Herman Bondeson specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate litigation. He heads Haavind’s corporate law practice group and is one of Norway’s leading lawyers in this field.

Herman has extensive experience advising both private and public sector clients on all types of corporate law matters.

He also has substantial experience in handling corporate disputes and has appeared as counsel in a large number of cases relating to shareholder disputes and M&A disputes.

Herman also has broad experience with major transactions in Norway and internationally, industrial joint ventures, and W&I insurance.

He is the editor of the transaction database in Praktisk Juss (Gyldendal Rettsdata) and co-editor of the Journal of Business Law.
