Børge Krogsrud is associate in Corporate M&A and specialises in real estate and corporate law.
Børge has extensive experience supporting financial and industrial investors and companies with startup, restructuring and incorporation, M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and development contracts. His legal expertise also includes regulations for the development, purchase and sale of commercial property.
Several of Norway’s largest private investor groups use Børge as their legal “trusted advisor”, and he has served as board director in listed and unlisted companies.
Børge is deeply engaged in life science law, and was among the founders of Conference Bleue, a network bringing together the top legal experts in life science within the EU. He currently represents Norway in the network and was granted the “Norway Firm of the Year” award at the Euromoney Institutional Investor’s 2014 LMG Life Sciences Annual Awards ceremony.
Børge founded in 1994 the Norwegian Journal for Corporate Law. He is the author of a number of legal books focusing on telecommunications (Telelovsamling, 1994; Innføring I Telekommunikasjonsrett, 2001) and a Legal commentary edition on Communicable Diseases Control Act (Lovkommentarutgave Smittevernloven, 1995). He co-authored the article “Cross-border Transactions and Environmental Law” in 1999.
