Herman specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.
Herman has extensive experience in corporate issues and transactions in Norway and internationally. In recent years he has mainly worked with industrial joint ventures, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and restructurings of businesses as well as facilitating for and executing major transactions.
