Maja Eika Davidsen is a lawyer in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked construction departments.
Maja works in construction and contract law with the preparation of contracts, ongoing assistance and advice in contractual matters.
Maja also works in renewable energy, and advises Haavind’s customers in the energy industry on, among other things, hydropower production. The consultancy also includes regulatory matters and framework conditions for the power industry, licensing issues, establishment and development of power production, acquisition of fall and fundamental rights, government requirements and discretion.
