Amber Ingelin Arthur works in one of Norway’s largest and highest ranked construction law departments.
Amber assists in several stages of dispute resolution, and especially within major building and construction contracts and other contract law. She has worked with major final settlement disputes where she has gained a good understanding of contracts, process code interpretation and measurement of compensation.
From the major final settlement disputes, Amber has acquired good competence in project organisation and digital solutions for handling large amounts of information.
She has special expertise in negotiations and mediation. The theoretical basis is from specialisation and work as a teaching assistant in the master’s course “Negotiations” at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo. In practice, she has experience from mediation in so-called “large claims process” and ongoing advice on strategy in the early stages of a dispute.
Amber also gives external lectures for Haavind.
